For the 11th year, PACO has welcomed United Rehabilitation Services to the Hispanic Heritage Festival, giving our ducks a splash-worthy home at one of Dayton's most vibrant celebrations. This partnership is about more than ducks. It is about community, culture, and lifting up children and adults with disabilities together.
