Adopt a duck. Change a life.
SOLD OUT! All 20,000 ducks were adopted for the 23rd Annual URS Rubber Duck Regatta presented by AES Ohio. Thank you, Dayton, for racing with us in support of children and adults with disabilities. See the 2026 winners below.

All 20,000 Ducks Adopted!
September 19, 2026 • RiverScape MetroPark
Thank you, Dayton!
You did it. Every single one of our 20,000 ducks was adopted before race day, and every one of them had a name on it. That has never happened before, and it happened because of you.
Race day threw everything at us. Rain, flooding, and a lightning delay shut things down for an hour. But when the skies cleared, all 20,000 ducks hit the Great Miami River and raced to the finish line, every one of them in support of children and adults with disabilities served by URS.
To everyone who adopted a duck, built a fundraising team, sponsored the race, volunteered in the rain, or cheered from the riverbank: thank you. 💜
Our 2026 winners
Congratulations to the seven lucky ducks that crossed the finish line first.
Winners will be contacted the week of September 21. Questions? Email llafakis@ursdayton.org.

When JaKiya first came to URS, she had never been in a classroom. Following directions was hard. Expressing herself was harder. Today she is the spirited, hilarious, dancing, basketball playing kiddo her teachers describe as true to herself, a child who lights up a room and makes sure every friend feels seen.
Through URS' Preschool program and on site Speech, Physical, and Occupational Therapy, JaKiya has built confidence, strength, and her own voice. Every duck you adopted this year helps URS give kids like JaKiya the therapies, teachers, and tools they need to shine.
See you in 2027!
The 24th Annual Rubber Duck Regatta is coming in September 2027, and we plan to make it bigger and better than ever. Duck adoptions open next spring and sponsorship opportunities will be available in early 2027.
