Awards Dinner 2026

In 1956, a group of parents facing the same challenges came together to found what would become United Rehabilitation Services — growing from a handful of families in a small house on Valley Street into an organization serving thousands of children and adults with disabilities across Greater Dayton each year.

Join us as we celebrate 70 years of that work. Your ticket or sponsorship directly supports URS programs and services, and gives you a seat at the table as we honor the volunteers, donors, and staff who have carried this mission forward.

Individual Tickets — $70 per person

Every guest attending receives two drink tickets, redeemable for beer or house wine. Soda is free all evening, no ticket needed.

Menu — Buffet Dinner

Salad: Signature salad with fresh spring mix, dried cranberries, sweet mandarin oranges, sliced strawberries, crumbled feta, and apple cider vinaigrette

Entrées: Braised beef short ribs, sundried tomato pesto chicken, and bow tie pasta alfredo

Sides: Fresh green beans, garlic squash and zucchini, and dinner rolls

Dessert: Flaming donut bar

Dietary & Allergy Considerations: Dinner is served buffet-style. A vegan option — grilled zucchini boat filled with quinoa, wilted spinach, and roasted tomatoes — is available upon request. If you have a food allergy or other dietary restriction, please let us know when you purchase your ticket so we can accommodate you.

Sponsorship Levels

Platinum (Food) Sponsor — $2,500: One full table (8 guests) and 16 drink tickets, podium and entry signage, half-page ad in the program, recognition in opening remarks, logo on screen at key times, and table signage

Gold (Beverage) Sponsor — $1,500: 6 guests and 12 drink tickets, quarter-page ad in the program, logo on screen at key times, and table signage

Silver Sponsor — $1,000: 4 guests and 8 drink tickets, logo in the program, logo on screen at intermission, and table signage

Bronze (Table) Sponsor — $500: 8 guests and 8 drink tickets, mention in the program, and table signage

Supporting Sponsor — $250: 2 guests and 2 drink tickets, and a mention in the program
