Giving Circle 
Established in 2018, the United Rehabilitation Services Giving Circle recognizes donors whose contributions, made between January 1 and December 31, support our mission directly rather than a specific event, sponsorship, or grant.
In 2025, URS served 1,146 children and adults with disabilities and their families through our therapy, youth, employment, and adult day services programs, helping them reach personal milestones, gain greater independence, and give purpose to their lives. Giving Circle members make that work possible.
Unrestricted giving is the most valuable support we receive. It is not tied to a project timeline or a funder's requirements, which means we can put it toward the need in front of us right now. A therapy session. An adaptive device. A classroom or service that a grant does not cover.
Levels of support:
Level Annual gift Spread over 12 months Steward $1,000 to $1,999 $83 to $167 Friend $2,000 to $4,999 $167 to $417 Advocate $5,000 to $9,999 $417 to $833 Ambassador of Independence $10,000 to $24,999 $833 to $2,083 Visionary $25,000+ $2,083+ Membership is based on your total giving received between January 1 and December 31. There is no need to give it all at once. Several gifts made across the year add up to your level, and every gift counts toward your total.
Giving monthly? Choose Pledge at checkout, enter your total annual gift, and select the number of monthly installments left in the year. Your gift divides automatically and the first payment processes right away. Installments that carry into the next year count toward that year's total.
